An extraordinary context and breathtaking views over the marsh to Devereaux Beach was the design generator for this new residence. This home sits modestly in,  and in scale with,  the neighborhood taking clues from simple New England forms and detailing. The bold design is only revealed as you move into and through the home.   Bringing the outside in- site textures, salty air, grassy plains, rocky beach, and expansive ocean views engulf all the senses.  The design takes full advantage of the sequence from the front entry, which steps up inside, to the large uncluttered open common area looking towards the fully operable 40 foot glazed rear wall adjacent to the wide deck.  Private guest spaces are located on the lowest level with direct access to the outdoor landscaped pool area. The top floor houses the private areas for the homeowners including a variety of spaces for living, working, and relaxing.
